Update on In-Person Learning

In order for your child to receive in-person instruction, you must do the following:

Complete the permission for COVID-19 Testing Form (https://mystudent.nyc/)

AND

Fill out the Daily Health Screener (https://healthscreening.schools.nyc/) OR Have your child's temperature taken at arrival.

These are the rules set forth by the Chancellor and PS 89 staff must enforce them for the safety of all in the building.
